In case you are submitting both the applications (Lumpsum + SIP) concurrently, you need not attach two separate cheques, as long as you are using the same bank account for both the transactions. You may deposit this Form either at your nearest CAMS Investor Service Centre or send it to any of our branches. Please do not courier your Application Form to CAMS.

Filling and submitting this 'One Time Mandate' Form will give you the flexibility regarding the amount that you wish to invest in our scheme.
You can authorise the bank to accept any investment instruction upto a pre-decided maximum amount. Investments can currently be undertaken offline or online.
