Job Summary - We are seeking a enthusiatic , energetic relationship manager to join our distribution sales team at Hyderabad The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with wealth managers, private banking relationship managers, and investment advisors to drive mutual fund sales and increase assets under management (AUM). This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, mutual fund products, and the ability to influence and enable partners to deliver investment solutions to their clients. This role is key to ensuring deeper engagement and meaningful sales presence for our organisation in Hyderabad
Job Description- 1. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as wealth managers, private banking RMs, and independent financial advisors. Act as the primary point of contact for these partners, ensuring smooth communication and trust.
2. Sales & Business Development
Drive AUM (Assets Under Management) growth by promoting the company’s mutual fund products.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within partner networks.
3. Product Advisory & Training
Provide product knowledge sessions and training to wealth managers and advisors. Share insights on market outlook, fund performance, and investment strategies.
4. Strategic Account Management
Develop account plans for key partners to maximise engagement and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, compliance) to support partner needs.
5. Marketing & Engagement
Share marketing collateral, research reports, and thought leadership content.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all sales and advisory activities comply with regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI).
7. Feedback & Market Intelligence
Gather feedback from partners on product performance and service quality.
Share market trends and competitor insights with internal teams to refine offerings
Qualification & Experience-Total Experience of 10+ years and team handling experience for 3+ years Strong communication skills
