Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration professional with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in the Mutual Fund, Asset Management, Financial Services, or NBFC industry. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative operations, vendor coordination, branch support, and office infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and branch support activities.
- Coordinate branch expansion, office setup, and infrastructure requirements.
- Handle vendor management, property-related matters, and facility operations.
- Organize internal events and administrative initiatives.
- Maintain administrative records, MIS, and provide regular updates to the HOD.
- Resolve administrative escalations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage multiple assignments efficiently and travel to branch locations as required.
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate administration and facilities management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.
- Candidates from the Mutual Fund, AMC, Financial Services, or NBFC industry will be preferred.
