Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, analytics tools, conversion tracking, and ROI-focused marketing strategies to drive lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and scale campaigns across PPC, affiliate marketing, email marketing, app marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and bidding strategy optimization.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and creatives.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize conversions.
- Implement remarketing strategies and optimize marketing funnels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of PPC campaigns paid social advertising, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing will be an added advantage.
