We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and employee onboarding activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to core HR processes including onboarding coordination, employee documentation, HRMS management, and employee engagement support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the employee onboarding process by preparing joining kits and coordinating induction activities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records.
- Update and manage employee information in HRMS and internal databases.
- Support day-to-day HR operational activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Provide general coordination and support to the HR team as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes will be an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle tasks responsibly.
